Some one sent me a link to their new website featuring these lovely little creatures and I just had to have one....... or two (Thanks Becki).
They are African Pygmy Hedgehogs, for those of you who have never seen one before, and are a very popular exotic pet.
They are very cute and sort of cuddley! once they relax and stop doing their impression of a horse-chestnut in it's shell ;-)
Our two girls are Holly & Harmony and are Algerian Chocolate.

Make that our three girls :-) We have a chocolate girl trio. The latest addition is 7wks old and Phoebe has named her Millie. She has to be one of the cutest animals on the planet.
